As leaders, we make lots of decisions. We interact with lots of people within our organizations. Our fingerprints touch onto so many things, it is easy to forget every single interaction. Yet for those we interact with, something that feels normal and insignificant to us might be a landmark moment in their lives.

Be present with your people, give them space and comfort to speak their minds. Make sure that you understand the impact you have in the world, down to the smallest moments.
