Not every message that lands on the board is a direct quote, a few of them are original creations.

There’s a limited amount of space and a fixed number of letters I can use to create a message, leading to shortened quotes or lyrics that are randomly pulled from the middle of a song. Other times, the quote I want to use is too common, or too long.

And then, sometimes the quote is just too boring, and I modify it for a bit more interest. That’s how we ended up with this message.

Everyone’s heard the bit about being “part of the solution, or part of the problem.” And it’s a good principle of leadership to have in your bag. But it’s boring, and it’s become enough of a meme that it has lost its original value.

This was my attempt to remind people that when you struggle for a solution, make sure the barrier isn’t looking at you in the mirror.
